Manual by Mobile Phone – AtoZ Recorder

You can manage recorded files on your watch or phone.
Categories are organized in a three-level tree structure for easier management.
You can use recorded voice files with categorization, renaming, sharing, and deletion functions for easier use.

Tap the hamburger icon in the upper left corner to open the category list screen.
Selecting the “All Recordings” category will display all recorded files.
Selecting the “Uncategorized” category will display recorded files without assigned categories.
You can add a new category by tapping the “Add Category” button in the upper right corner.

Categories other than “All Recordingst” and “Uncategorized” can be customized by the user.
Categories are organized in a tree structure.
Subcategories can be organized up to three levels deep.
All category names must be unique.

Long-pressing a category will enter category editing mode.
You can move categories using the arrow buttons.
Tap the “Rename” button to rename the selected category.
Tap the “Delete” button to delete the selected category. When deleting a category, voice recording files within the category will be moved to the Uncategorized category.
When selected, press the Add Category button in the upper right corner to add a category under the selected category.
You can exit category editing mode by pressing the check button.

You can change the theme of the entire app by pressing the Theme menu.
Select a theme you like.
Initially, the Rating menu appears instead of the Theme menu, and once you give a rating, it will change to the Theme menu.
